The recruitment and selection of personnel according to the Principal's requirements is one of our top priorities. Our senior executives perform this function. And when necessary, a consultant who is a specialist in the job to be filled is employed to initially screen applicants. The applicant's qualifications and work history are sent to the Principal who makes the final decision to hire.
Whether for sea-going or land jobs, PSSI does not charge the applicants any fee. This has been the policy of our company since we started operations in 1973.
We ensure the prompt and full payment of home allotments and other employee benefits. In times of emergencies or calamites we give necessary assistance to the families of our employed personnel.
